In the year 2124, you play as a journalist, with a life-threatening brain tumor, who seeks treatment from renowned neurosurgeon James Lee, whose wife Anna, a famous painter, mysteriously disappeared after a terrorist attack five years ago. After falling asleep in James' office, you wake up locked inside and must uncover the truth behind Anna's disappearance and James' motives while trying to escape.

The story takes place in the year 2124. James Lee is a neurosurgeon, and his team creates brain-computer interfaces for a living. He is one of the best neurosurgeons in the world, so he is often invited to travel around the globe to give talks and lectures. Everyone knows that his wife Anna is a very famous painter. They also have a very cute daughter named Lilly Lee. But 5 years ago, on the way to an island of a country to sketch, Anna got caught up in a terrorist attack. As soon as James heard the news, he immediately took a plane to the country Anna was in. Only later did he realize that Anna's painting contained the secret stronghold of a terrorist organization, which was the reason behind the attack. The police relied on Anna's painting to catch the criminals, but no one knows what happened next. Anna disappeared, and James did not accept any public communication and interviews. He opened a small clinic, where he treated patients with neurological disorders in critical condition. No one knows if Anna truly died. Some say James opened the clinic when Anna became a vegetable, others say Anna actually died in the attack. But James didn't organize any funeral or memorial service for Anna, so no one knows the truth. While everyone was speculating whether Anna was still alive or not, a year after the accident, Anna suddenly sent out her unpublished paintings on his social media and gave a phone interview to the media.

You, as the player, have a tumor in your head and it is like a time bomb. While it doesn't affect your mobility, the headaches and nausea that follow the occasional attacks, as well as the speech impediment, has seriously affected your daily work and life as a journalist. You sent your case to Dr. James with the attitude of giving it a try, and you didn't have any hope for him to see you, but to your surprise, he accepted your appointment and scheduled your surgery very quickly. You waited for a long time in the office. It was a place where James spent a lot of his life, especially after Anna disappeared. After you drank some water, you fell asleep in a daze, and when you woke up again, you realized that you were locked up in his office. You didn't know how long it had been or why James had locked you up here, but you knew that you had to get out. What is James' plot? What are the current whereabouts of Anna? Find out in this exciting thriller!

Anna level description: Set during the events of the main game, before the ending

You were knocked out as you made your way towards the hospital room containing information about Anna. Strangely, you suddenly find yourself inside of a replica of a house. And what’s more… there is a humanoid android claiming to be Anna! 

This level is set in a fabricated world contained within the digitalized brain of Anna. Although Anna, the wife of James Lee, is dead, James recreated her using peoples’ brains over the years and computer interfaces. He created an artificial version of Anna containing all of her memories. Your consciousness is trapped inside of the fabricated world. In the real world, James is trying to transfer the fake Anna into your body. Your consciousness needs to escape the fabricated world to live. Like the other levels, you need to navigate through all of the rooms and play through puzzles to unlock areas.

There are a total of 4 different rooms: The main lobby, the daughter's room, James' room. Additonally, there is a mother's room. It is currently an additional DLC expansion of the game,  Be sure to check out the mother's room gameplay to find out about Anna specifically!

In the DLC, look in options and inputs to set controls and find out everything the player is capable of.
